Registration for the freshman PSAT/NMSQT is closing this Friday, Sept 12. Registration has been open for a month, and it would be a great opportunity for our freshmen to have an additional opportunity to take the SAT in their sophomore and junior years. The registration fee is only $20. Freshmen will take the test on Oct. 8, the same day that sophomores and juniors test as well.
This is a great opportunity to test at your own school.
For extra practice, sites such as Khan Academy and Schoolhouse offer free tutoring and resources to ensure that students feel confident in their abilities to take the PSAT. More information concerning the test can be found in the PSAT/NMSQT Student Guide. Payments must be submitted on Monday, Sept 15, or exams will not be ordered due to College Board guidelines.
