As the school year comes to a end, the Tomball mariachi students once again have to go through auditions to see if they stay in the UIL Group. With their success, kids from orchestra, band and more who play the guitar all want to be a part of the group and make a full name for themselves and for the group.
As this was only their second year, they’re looking to expand and reach state again .
“I’m exited of the new year there will be one new face but I hope that we can advance as far as we had gone this year,” Crhistopher Moreno said. “It’s sad that we are loosing many people but it will be nice if we can still achieve something bigger for next years UIL contest.”
After achieving state only in their second year they are looking to go back. If you are looking to join in the fall, reach out to Mr. Aguirre in room 1507.
