After months of talk and anxiety over where they’ll be heading next year, answers are finally coming.
Not for students, they knew a long time ago which school they’ll be attending next year, Tomball High or Tomball Memorial. Rather, it will soon be known which teachers are moving over to the school.
The district plans to send e-mails to every teacher Friday afternoon, right at the end of the school day, telling them their assignment for next year.
For many teachers, it will simply confirm their first choice – to stay or go. Teachers were asked to pick which location would be their first choice.
But not every teacher will be so fortunate. The district will ultimately decide where a teacher is needed most, and for some, that may mean not getting their pick of schools.
Either way, the wait is soon over.
