Coogs shred Stratford (with photo gallery)

Varsity football won its first game of the season against Stratford, 48-28.

The first half of the game started with the cougars holding a lead of 20 – 7. As the game moved on they prevailed and ended up scoring three touchdowns that significantly picking up a lead and ending the game with a 20 point difference.

“During the game I felt confident because we were executing really well,” Junior Oswaldo Morales said. “Winning was really fun, it reassured me that the team is headed in the right directions for the season.”
