The varsity volleyball team headed out to San Antonio last Thursday for the Texas Showdown Volleyball Classic and returned home on Saturday having earned the title of Silver Division Champions. Overall they went 6-2, fighting to that 1st place spot.

An out-of-town tournament like this is about more than just the competition.

“We definitely bonded a lot as a team on this trip,” Samantha Chapman (12) said. “Especially in the escape room. We had to work together in a different way than we do on the court and it was really fun.”
