Cougars varsity baseball dominated Magnolia West earlier this week, 8-4. Seniors Brandon Walters (#21) & Jacob Jenkins (#20) made multiple hard hits and RBIs.

In the previous game against Huntsville, baseball cruised 7-0.

Ethan Kerim (#13) made 2 of the runs, Eric Oakes (#4) made 3 hits, Andrew Skivington (#5) was walked twice, and Casey Ryan (#2) stole 2 bases.

This Friday the Coogs will be competing against the Memorial Wildcats with JV at home and Varsity away. Tomball is 3rd in district and 27th in region while TMHS is 5th in district and 84th in region, which puts playoff-bound Tomball in the advantage.

However, the Wildcats defeated the Coogs earlier this season so the result of this Friday’s game isn’t very certain for either team.
