Tomball Stage will host its 29th Annual One-Act Play Dinner Theatre on April 6th, offering a unique evening that combines fine dining with student theatrical performances. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. in the lower lobby, where guests will enjoy a catered meal from Adriatic Cafe. Following dinner, attendees will move to the auditorium for the 2026 UIL One-Act Play Competition production of Tom Stoppard’s acclaimed tragicomedy, “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.”
Stoppard’s play takes audiences on a philosophical journey by retelling Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” through the eyes of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, two characters who search for meaning and identity amid the chaos of Elsinore. The production promises a blend of humor and existential insight.
Tickets for the dinner and show are available for $25, while show-only tickets can be purchased in advance for $10 or at the door for $12. Dinner tickets must be reserved or redeemed by noon on April 3. Show-only tickets may be bought online until two hours before the curtain or at the venue on the night of the performance.
