The National Honor Society, Student Council, and HEB have partnered up to start the TISD plastic bag drive. For this drive, StuCo will place boxes to collect grocery bags. This is an excellent volunteer opportunity for any students that need more volunteer hours for college or any other resumes, alongside this they will also be an amazing opportunity to gain points for StuCo.

Any students that are willing to participate can make their way to rooms 2207 or 2213. Meetings will be held from 2:45 to 3:45 in the StuCo room.

The grocery bag drive started on March 6th and will be ending on April 14. Students that are looking to join may also go to the Student Council Instagram account as well as the National Honor Society for any more needed information.
