The annual Poetry and Carol Slam is taking on a holiday theme this year, and is after school next Wednesday, Dec. 9 in the library.

This event, hosted by Book Club, encourages students to recite original poems, Christmas carols, or any poem of their choosing.

To keep it COVID-19 friendly, seats will be spaced out, capacity will be limited, and snacks will be individually wrapped.

Optional attire includes Christmas sweaters or clothes to bring the holiday spirit to this event.
