TCP is planning to leave to San Antonio Tuesday  morning to practice then perform Wednesday morning at 9:15 in the Alamodome.

Band and Color Guard have been working hard to get where they are now.

“We had points in the semester where we doubted we could ever make it this far,” Lauren Thompson who is going to her first state competition said. “And now that we’re are here and able to show those who doubted us that we can do great things is amazing.”

This’ll be the second time in a row the TCP makes it to state.

“Making it to this competition isn’t like any other,” Mitchell Vereide said. “This competition is extremely difficult and knowing that these student worked their hardest to make it for the seniors in the band is heartwarming and it puts a smile on anyone’s face.”
