Red Team wins Powder Puff

Red Team defeated the Black Team 48-25 in the Powder Puff game Monday night, starting off strong and keeping the lead throughout the game. Heaven Taylor scored numerous touchdowns for the Red Team and Aubrey Nichols had some outstanding plays during the first half of the game.
The Black Team didn’t let the gap in points let their fighting spirit die and stayed strong the whole game.
The halftime show was entertaining for the crowd, with cheerleaders that preformed a musical number to California Gurls by Katy Perry.
Powder Puff King was Brianna Kirkland and the Queen was Ethan Schlundt.
“It was an amazing experience, and I’m so glad I participated,” Red Team player Jenna Jaffray said. “Everyone had a lot of fun, and it was a great bonding experience for both teams.”
