Spring break sports update

Varsity Baseball was in a home tournament Friday, March 9th.
The first team they competed against was Klein then later competed against Tompkins winning both times with final scores of 2-0 and 2-0.
Tuesday, March 13th, the Coogs were victorious against Willis with a final score of 8-5.
Senior Brandon Marshall made two hits, one of which got him to 2nd base, two runs, and stole a base. Chance Miller and Eric Oakes also made two hits each and Oakes struck out nine Wildkats.
Friday, March 15th, Magnolia defeated the Coogs with a final score of 16-6.
Oakes earned an RBI of three. Ethan Kerim, Kasen Handal, Cody Ryan, Tanner Lund, Zach Hinojosa, and Oakes each made a run.
On March 13th softball lost against Brenham 15-3 with Farrin Weinert, Celeste Finch, and Taylor Spexarth each making a run.
Carly Croston made two hits, Catie Boyd struck out two Cubs, and Amanda Skivington and Imani Edwards each made a hit which got her to 2nd base. Edwards also earned an RBI of 2.
Girls Soccer returned home from Huntsville victorious from their game Friday, March 9th. Elaine Griffin and Mackenzie Jones each scored a goal resulting in a final score of 2-0.
Waterpolo had a game on the last day of spring break. Boys lost 10-3 & Girls won 2-0.
