The Tomball ISD Board of Trustees called a bond election this past weekend to discuss bonds generating funding for the district. The following bonds are safety and security updates, a replacement school for Tomball Intermediate which would decrease traffic on Main Street, a new Pre-K Center, renovations to career and technical education classrooms, and updates for facilities and programs across the district, which all passed.
Prop A: School Updates and New Facilities
Proposition A is the issuance of a $331,595,000 school building bond with many projects that include school facilities, program extensions, and many facility improvements across the district.

Prop B: Technology
The main focus of this proposition is to upgrade all technology including staff devices and student Chromebooks. This issuance is $18,000,000.

Prop C: Updates to Original Tomball HS Stadium
In Proposition C, the issuance of $2,800,000 will go towards the Tomball HS Stadium by replacing turf, expansion of seats, and track restriping.

Prop D: Multi-Program Activity Centers
Proposition D has a budget of $76,700,000 for a new indoor facility for each high school to allow TISD to comply with new UIL heat guidelines to better student safety.
