The Counseling Department is holding their 2nd Annual Mental Health and Wellness Fair to support families with mental health and wellness. The meeting is free with no admission required and will be held on March 27 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Tomball Event Center.
This event will include representatives from community providers that can equip families, students and staff with resources and connections for counseling, and various information on mental health maintaining techniques.
For any questions contact counselor and mental health specialist for all students, Mary-Margaret Ballato, in room 1119. This fair can provide valuable resources in order to improve wellness and emphasize the importance of mental health in families and individuals. Mental health can be overlooked so it is important to reach out if you need help to maintain a healthy mind and healthy relationships.
