Tomball ISD breaks ground on the Juegren Road Complex last Monday, Oct. 10. This 205 acres will feature a new Elementary School, new Intermediate, and a Comprehensive High School for nearly 4,800 students.

This is all happening due to the 2021 Bond of $494.46 million. To learn more about this bond click here.

  • Elementary will receive $32.55 million
  • Intermediate will receive $39.74 million
  • High School will receive $ 195.55 million’

Construction on these campuses will begin six to seven months out with the anticipation that the Elementary and Intermediate will open August of 2024. The High School is predicted to open August of 2026.

Both the Intermediate and the Elementary will have a capacity of 900 students, while the High School will hold 3,000.

During there April 12 meeting, the school board approved architectural design by PBK architects for the elementary, IBI Group for Intermediate, and Huckabee Architecture for the High School.

Not much is known about how the new High School will be called, but we do know the mascot. The LIONS.
