Last Tuesday, baseball went down south to battle their rivals, the Tomball Memorial Wildcats.

“We felt pretty confident going into the game,” Handal said. “I got a hit and Eric struck out seven.”

Oakes also made 2 hits and was one of three players to make a home run.

The other two where Chance Miller, who earned an RBI of 2 and also made 2 hits, and Brandon Marshall.

Jake Johnson made the only run that wasn’t a home run, being batted in by Miller.

By the time the game was over the final score was 4-1 Cougars.
