Fishing Club out to lure new members

Tomball High School has introduced a handful of new after clubs for the 2016-2017 school year, but the most unique may be the new Bass Fishing Club.

BFC is a co-ed team of students who love to fish, or even for the students who just want to learn more about fishing. The BFC will go to tournaments in the surrounding lake areas. For example, they are trying to plan to go to Livingston, Conroe, Huntsville, Matagorda, etc. for the major competitions.

This club is also a good way to get a head start on Aquatic Science, if that is something you’re interested in. BFC is not only about the competitions, or the tournaments, it’s also about the learning experience you’ll acquire, and the hands on experience to help you better understand.

If you are interested in things like this, and would like to join this club, you can get more information from Chris Woody (student). BFC has no restrictions, anyone can join.
