The Varsity girls Cross Country team took 1st place and the Varsity boys team took 3rd place this past Saturday at their first cross country meet.

The Mud, Sweat, and Cheers meet that the team competed at is a 6 mile relay, where each of the 4 legs run 1.5 miles each. Competitors have to run through mud, jump over hay bales, and even more to complete the race.
