With the season opener washed away by Hurricane Harvey, the Cougar football team had to scramble to find a replacement opponent.

This week was supposed to be an off-week for the team after opening the season last weekend against Wisdom High School. Instead, the first game of the season will be a road game Friday night against College Park High School, at Woodforest Bank Stadium in The Woodlands.

Tonight, the JV, Sophomore and Freshman teams kick off against College Park, with JV and Sophomore at home, and both freshmen squads at College Park.

Tickets for Friday night’s game are on sale online for $4/students and $6/adult, and will be sold at the gate for $8.

Next week, the Cougars return home for the big homecoming game. Tickets go on sale next week.
