Unfortunately, last year, Magnolia and Brenham beat the varsity cross country team last year at District.

This year the Coogs got some pay back.

The XC varsity boys outran Magnolia and Brenham at last week’s race in Huntsville. Several teams above them were Class 6A, yet as a team the XC varsity boys did well and were 30 seconds faster than their times a week ago.

In the end, the varsity XC team got 10th out of 23 total teams.
