This year’s homecoming theme is Journey to the Stars; here are a few things to know about homecoming! Homecoming week is 9/29-10/4.
Homecoming week dress-up days are located below:
- Monday (9/29): Sleeping under the stars – wear pajamas
- Tuesday (9/30): Sister Stars – dress up to twin with a friend
- Wednesday (10/1): NASA vs. Astronauts – wear red, white, and blue
- Thursday (10/2): Y2K – 90’s dress up
- Friday (10/3): Red Planet Pride – wear red, mums, and garters
The parade and pep rally are on Oct. 2, proceeding down Main Street to The Depot. The trailer lineup begins at 4:15 p.m., the procession starts at 6:15 p.m., and the pep rally will follow.
The game is Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. at the TISD Stadium and the dance is Oct. 4 from 7-11 p.m. in the lower lobby.
Tickets can be purchased on SchoolCash, the different tickets you can purchase are Single $30, Couple (date is a THS student) $50, and Couple (date is not a THS student) $50. You can also purchase a ticket at the door for $40 per person. There are also no ticket refunds.
If your date is not a THS student, they must fill out an outside guest form, which is in the front office, and must be filled out and returned before the dance.
For the dance, no one over the age of 19 is allowed, and no junior high students are allowed at the dance.
