The THS Band will hold its final concert for the 2022-2023 school year. Celebrating the Seniors they will hand out cords and let the audience know about their future plans.

It will be held in the THS Auditorium on Friday, May 12th starting at 7 pm. Admission is completely free.

Jazz Band will begin the night by performing a variation of 5 different pieces. Followed by Concert Band playing Phantom of the Opera, arranged by Michael Sweeny, and Hsien, by Earl J. Fox Jr.. Symphonic Band will showcase Up by Michael Glacchino and Shackelford Banks by Jay Bocook . Closing the night will be Wind Symphony who will play Arabesque by Samuel Hazo, Night on Fire by john Mackey, and Con Te Partiro by Eric J. Hovi.

The Color Guard will be hosting their annual bake sale, silent auction, and raffle. All profits will benefit the 2023-2024 Colorguard and Winterguard season.

“I love playing Arabesque, the groove is really nice and overall has been one of my favorite pieces to perform,” sophomore Josalyn Escobedo said.
