varsity winter guard performed at Klein Collins High School on Saturday, performing their dance entitled “Runaway Train,” placing first with a score of 81.370.

“This weekend was like a mix of emotions, there were some happy moments as well as some sad moments think that it could be our last one. But we pushed through and we did not make it our last one!” color guard captain Joselyn Betancourt said.

Members are excited about competing on the big stage.

“I’m most excited to perform in the big area, the competitive environment and being with my team for state,”  sophomore Koletin Sanders said.
