College rep visits are a way to do and learn a lot about college:

  • Learn about colleges you many not know much about
  • Learn about college majors
  • Learn abut programs offered – study abroad, internships, job/career fairs, ways to get involved, etc.
  • Learn about the college town – things to do, restaurants, etc.
  • How to get involved on the college campus
  • What types of housing are offered
  • Learn about scholarships and financial aid
  • Learn about the application process
  • Opportunity to ask questions – the college reps are truly here to help the students
  • make a connection with the college so that when you have questions/need they can help you know who to contact

“We have several more scheduled,” said College and Career Counselor Emily Nichols, “and more will be coming!”

More visits will be added as dates get confirmed. Check your school email from Nichols for those dates.
