The Miss Tomball Pageant and the Holiday Parade have both been canceled this year, but the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce is offering two scholarships of at least $2,000, available to junior and senior girls.

The two scholarships offered are the 2021 Miss Tomball Community Service Award and the 2021 Miss Tomball Excellence in Leadership Award. Students can apply for both scholarships, if they like. The recipients will also serve as Miss Tomball Ambassadors during the 2021 spring semester.

Scholarship applications are due Friday, Oct. 30, and winners will be announced at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20.
