Hardship waiver for finals exemptions available
Spring Finals are coming up in three weeks, and to be eligible for exemptions, it is mandatory to meet certain requirements.
To exempt, a student may only be absent 4 days in the fall semester, and 3 days in the spring semester. Also, you must be holding a steady 85 average in the class for this semester, and not have any holds (lost textbooks or unpaid fees).
If you’ve missed too many days, students are able to visit Mrs. Rendon, near the front office, to retrieve a Hardship Case form.
This green Hardship Case form will be reviewed by a committee, and then will be returned, stated whether the case was waived or not, and whether or not the student will have to take their finals.
Make sure to get a Hardship Case form as soon as possible, as these will be due on Monday, May 16, and no further entries will be accepted.
For more information on exemptions and Hardships, be sure to talk to Mrs. Rendon and check with your teachers to see if you’re eligible for exemption.
