Science Olympiad is heading to their State Competition tomorrow in College Station, and many are very excited for the opportunity to go to Nationals in Indianapolis.

Amir Madhu is competing in cellular biology and environmental science, and is hoping that his team will win so they can advance to the next level.

“I am very excited and it was really nice to get to go to Regionals,” Madhu said. “There were twelve more teams competing than last year!”

Science Olympiad is competing for a national spot against many different teams across the state, and they hope to continue their experience in Indianapolis.

“The whole team is really excited and we hope to make more fantastic memories this time, and hopefully advance to Nationals,” Madhu said.
