Are you ready for Prom this weekend?
Prom is rapidly approaching, coming up Saturday, and the party doesn’t end with the dance.
The theme for this year’s prom is “Midnight in Paris.” But after the music stops, the party keeps going as the SPO has many fun events planned for Project Prom. Many seniors are getting excited for what the weekend has to offer.
Lily Erickson, a junior, is anticipating a fun weekend and cannot wait for this once in a lifetime experience.
“I’m so excited to get all dressed up and spend time with amazing people. My group is going to head over to the bowling alley before we end the night at project prom. It should be a night to remember.”
If you are looking for ideas for after-prom, project prom is always a great option to have fun with friends. Project prom is being held from 11:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. It is available free to every THS senior regardless of prom attendance, while non-THS seniors must pay $35 each. There will be casino and carnival games, gaga ball, laser tag, inflatables, henna tattoos, coffee bar, and much more.
However, if you want to get away for the weekend, you can head over to Galveston or Kemah and relax with friends on either of the Boardwalks. (Seniors, remember that senior skip day is still counted as an absence).
