Cougar track team hurdles over competition

The Cougar Varsity track team gave it their all at their latest meet last Friday.

Senior, Marlena Pierce won 2nd place in the 400 M dash and tied with several others for the 10th overall athlete.

Thanks to Brooke Johnson, Faith Allen, Faith Berger, Sydney Sizemore, Mckenna Law, and Morgan Law, the Coogs received 2nd place in both the 4 x 100 and 4 x 200 relays. Elizabeth Sexton also won 3rd in pole vault and Cole Troutman won 6th place in shot-put.

Catch the Lady Coogs in action again this Friday, Feb 26, at Waller.
