Wearing hats, having unnatural hair colors and other such things will bring you unwanted attention as the school begins more strict enforcement this year of the dress code outlined in the Student Handbook.
One way you can follow the dress code is by wearing clothing that fully covers your body. You may wear shorts and skirts, but they must reach the mid-thigh. As for tops, spaghetti straps, strapless, backless, see-through, and low-cut tops are not permitted.
Another rule that our school’s dress code has that male students must follow is to be cleanly shaven. This rule applies to males because if they have facial hair, it can be hard to identify them.
As for headwear, students may not wear hats of any kind. This includes hats, bonnets, bandanas, etc. This does not apply to students with a religion that requires them to wear headwear. Please leave your hats at home or inside your vehicles.
Make sure to wear your ID badge at all times, and not leave it in your backpack or pocket.
Lastly, your hair can not be a color other than a natural hair color. Some colors that are not allowed include pink, blue, purple, green, etc.
