Every year a beautiful pink magnolia tree blooms in the cafeteria atrium and this year is no different. Over the past few weeks pink magnolias have bloomed on one of the trees that can be seen in the cafeteria atrium area.
Magnolia trees normally bloom in the late winter to mid summer times. This specific variant of magnolia tree is most likely a lilliputian magnolia or an alexandrina which are both a magnolia x soulangeana variant mix.
These bright pink flowers have a great fragrance and create nice shadows to eat your lunch under.
