Mike Smith, a motivational speaker who specializes in talking to youths, one who “puts his actions before his words.” Smith will be speaking to students in the gym, tomorrow during second and third period.

Mike has been involved in charity and youth projects for over a decade of his life, working with a wide variety of projects involving or centered around motivation, self confidence, and other important aspects of teenage life.

Smith is also a founder of an online video series titled “the Harbor,” and two nationally recognized non-profit organizations, Skate for Change and THE BAY.

He will be speaking in two sessions at 8:15 and 9:15, students will be released from class via announcement in groups of seniors paired with freshmen,then sophomores and juniors.

If any students wish to bring a skateboard or longboard to the school, so long as they are not riding them through the hallways, they will have the chance to get their board autographed by Mike Smith.
