Theater is kicking off the year with their first play, Little Women: The Musical, beginning Sept. 19. Featuring singing and dancing, theater hopes to touch the audience’s hearts with their rendition of Little Women.
Telling the story of four adolescent sisters and their mother, it explores the hardships they experienced in life while their father was at war. Little Women tackles topics like sibling dynamics, romantic relationships, and how war can affect families navigating life.
Performance Dates:
- September 19, 20, 21, & 23 at 7 p.m.
- September 21, at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets will be sold both on the Tomball Stage website and on campus. Tickets will cost $15 dollars in advance and $20 at the door.
Theater has been working hard during and after school in order to make this show as successful as possible. This year’s theater officers are ready to show how to put on a show that anyone can enjoy.
“The rehearsal process has been amazing,” Vice President Jordyn Till said. “We have been working on vocals, blocking, and choreography diligently. This show is astonishing in all aspects.”
