Weekend Movie Guide

There are tons of movies to watch in theaters, whether immediately after school or for a weekend spree with a group of friends; which movie would be a good fit? Sometimes a book (or in this case, movie) can’t always be judged by its cover, so here’s a small collection of titles that are worth a look.

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children

“When his beloved grandfather leaves Jake clues to a mystery that spans different worlds and times, he finds a magical place known as Miss Peregrine’s School for Peculiar Children. Deepwater Horizon

The Magnificent 7

Sully

Masterminds

David Ghantt (Zach Galifianakis) is stuck in the monotony of driving an armored truck day in and day out, so when his work crush lures him into the heist of a lifetime, David’s all in. Storks

“Storks deliver babies — or at least they used to. Now, they deliver packages for a global internet retail giant. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble, Junior and his friend Tulip (Katie Crown), the only human on Stork Mountain, race against time to make their first baby drop before the boss (Kelsey Grammer) finds out.”
