After a successful performance at the zone contest on Thursday, the Tomball STAGE is competing today in the district level of the UIL One-Act Play Festival with their play, The Angelina Project.

Tomball earned awards at the zone contest for Best Individual Technician (Lily Erickson), Honorable Mention All-Star Cast (Marina Garcia de Quevedo and George Salcido), All-Star Cast (Alexa Guiterrez, Kayla Lewey, and Kenady Strutz), and Best Actress (Izzy Cross).

The district competition will take place today at Magnolia High School. Five other schools will be in attendance, and of the six total, three will advance to bi-district.

The Angelina Project will also be performing at the annual Tomball STAGE dinner theater, along with the non-comp one-act play, Steel Magnolias in early April.
