As students filed into the football stadium last year, they would sit in opposite ends of the stadium. Not anymore.

Imagine the student body sitting as a whole cheering for the football team while the band plays and the charms and cheerleaders pump up the crowd. That’s the new seating situation for all home games as students are placed right next to the area where the band and charms sit during games.

“We are going to have zesty school spirit now that the band and everyone else is together you know sitting together like one big happy family,” band president Isaiah Gutierez said.

There are concerns about noise level and tight space for students, but administrators believe that this new seating arrangement will be beneficial.
