Softball notches another win

The Cougar Softball team defeated Tomball Memorial 4-2 last night in a ninth-inning rally. Kamryn Boucher was the winning pitcher and had four strikeouts to take down the Wildcats.

Nikole Williams had a double, Kiana Workman pounded out a single and a double, Emily Vela also had a single and a two run home run in the 9th to put the Cougars on top. Savannah Sandoval and Kayla Boucher each contributed to the win with singles.

This win brings the Cougars district record to 5-1 and overall record to 14-4.

The Cougars will take on Stratford at home today beginning at 5 p.m.
